Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions govern access to all services offered through www.natuvisio.com ("Site") and apply between any natural person visiting or registering on the Site and NATUVISIO Food Supplements and Trade Ltd. Co. ("NATUVISIO" or "Seller" or "Company"). Please read this text carefully before using the Site. By visiting or using the Site, everyone is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1.2 User

A natural person over the age of 18, with full legal capacity to contract, who visits, uses, or registers on the Site.

2. Definitions

Site: The website located at www.natuvisio.com and its subdomains.

Terms of Service: All conditions in this document and its annexes.

Buyer: Natural persons, including consumers, who purchase goods or services offered on the Site by NATUVISIO.

Seller: NATUVISIO, or any natural or legal person offering goods or services on behalf of or for the account of NATUVISIO.

3. Subject and Scope

3.1 Subject

These Terms of Service regulate the conditions of the User's access to and use of the services and membership on the Site, as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties.

3.2 Scope

• Rules regarding how the User will utilize the Site,
• Procedures for account creation, order processing, campaigns, and other digital services,
• The legal framework, primarily consumer legislation, intellectual property rights, and personal data protection (KVKK).

4. User Obligations

4.1 General Use

The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and without violating the rights of other users. The User declares that they are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

4.2 Membership Account and Password Security

The User must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering; otherwise, all responsibility lies with the User. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password. NATUVISIO is not responsible for any damages resulting from sharing this information with third parties.

4.3 Binding Nature of Transactions

Any transaction executed through the User's account is deemed to have been performed by the User. The User is solely liable for any legal, criminal, and administrative consequences arising from incorrect or faulty actions.

4.4 Accuracy of Contact Details

The Seller sends notifications to the User via the email and/or telephone number provided during registration. NATUVISIO is not liable for any damages resulting from outdated or incorrect contact details.

4.5 Device Security

The User is solely responsible for the security of the devices (antivirus, updates, etc.) used to access the Site.

4.6 Infrastructure Integrity

The User shall refrain from any action that may interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or disrupt the operation of the Site. The User is solely responsible for any damages arising from such attempts.

4.7 Third-Party Content

The User agrees that the risk of clicking on advertisements, links, or other third-party content outside the Seller's control belongs solely to them.

4.8 Campaigns

NATUVISIO reserves the right to modify or cancel campaign or discount terms at any time.

4.9 Violations

If the User violates these Terms of Service, NATUVISIO may terminate the membership or block access to the Site.

5. Natuvisio Rights

5.1 Service Continuity

NATUVISIO endeavors to provide uninterrupted and error-free service; however, it cannot be held responsible for service disruptions due to technical or force majeure reasons.

5.2 Price and Stock

NATUVISIO may update product/service prices and stock information without prior notice.

5.3 Intellectual Property

NATUVISIO is the owner of all intellectual property rights, including the design, database, software, trademarks, and logos of the Site.

6. Shopping & Payment

6.1 Order Process

The User selects products or services from the Site and proceeds to the payment step. The contract is executed upon confirmation of the order.

6.2 Payment Methods

Credit card, wire transfer/EFT, and other methods determined by NATUVISIO are applicable. Your credit card information is transmitted securely to the bank using 3D Secure or SSL protocols and is not stored.

6.3 Order Cancellation

In case of stock/supply issues or pricing errors, NATUVISIO may cancel the order and refund the paid amount to the User.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, videos, graphics, software, databases, and designs on the Site belong to NATUVISIO. The User may not reproduce, modify, or use the Site content, trademarks, or logos for commercial purposes without authorization.

8. Personal Data (KVKK)

NATUVISIO processes and stores User data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations. Security measures, such as access controls and SSL encryption, are implemented to ensure data security.

9. Limitation of Liability

NATUVISIO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or access issues. NATUVISIO cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect data entry or password sharing by the User.

10. Force Majeure

In cases beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, infrastructure failures, or cyber attacks, the performance of the contract is suspended, and the parties cannot claim compensation.

11. Termination

The User may delete their membership at any time. NATUVISIO may terminate the membership if any violation of the rules is detected. Termination has prospective effects.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by Turkish Law. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for consumer disputes; in other cases, Istanbul (Central) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.

13. Evidence Agreement

Electronic records, logs, and invoice details maintained by NATUVISIO constitute conclusive evidence in any disputes.

14. Notifications

The email address provided by the User is their legal address for notifications. Any changes in contact information must be reported to NATUVISIO immediately.

15. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service become effective upon publication on the Site. NATUVISIO reserves the right to modify the terms unilaterally.
